I believe everyone is an expert at something. Fortunately, all of us possess remarkable hidden abilities. Here’s the rub. Our talents won’t simply appear to us on a silver platter. Or, you might stumble upon it at any stage of your life. No matter where, what, or when, once we finally understand what our personal talents are, it’s a mistake not to develop them. The world needs your best. Self-control will help you become your best.
The pursuit of excellence is the first step toward a successful life. Who and what you develop into during your life is what matters. Failures often say; " That's the way I am." What a pile of monkey muck.! What they don't have is self-control.
Many of the successful people I know do not believe in failure at all. Of course, there will be setbacks… they happen to everybody. But here is where you can help yourself.
Learn from your mistakes. Use your own self-control to keep going. Your next thing is right around the corner. The only true failure is quitting.
Some people stumble into good results, and declare they're "self-made". Without a plan and perseverance, "I always believed I'd get here." are empty words. Life is a possibility. It's never a sure thing.
